Very professional and friendly staff at Wireless Zone. First time purchasing a phone from this location and hands down outstanding service! Nate and Kyle took the time to answer questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all like some of the other Verizon stores. We walked right in and were helped immediately. You can tell they are very much about the customer experience and service. I would highly recommend this location to purchase service, phones and accessories. Awesome staff!
This is apparently a new store and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. An employee named Kyle helped me and he was very helpful and charming. I got everything I needed without feeling coerced into anything, which is something I’ve experienced at just about every other cell phone store so this was amazing. They had a lot of good deals on the phones and accessories so it felt like I got a really good deal. The store itself was also very spacious and neat. There were many demo phones to play with, which really helped me decide which one I wanted. It also doesn’t hurt that you don’t even have to leave the building to go to Moe’s! If you live near Glastonbury, I would definitely save yourself the trouble of going anywhere else and go straight here and ask for Kyle.
